Yes, I am an in-network provider for Kaiser and IEHP, which means your insurance may cover some of the costs associated with my doula services. Please check with your insurance provider for specific coverage details.

I recommend booking my services as early as possible, ideally during your first trimester, to ensure availability. However, I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests as well.

I offer comprehensive postpartum support, including breastfeeding education, emotional support, and practical assistance with newborn care. You’ll receive tailored guidance to help you adjust to life with a new baby.

If you go into labor before our scheduled appointment, I will do my best to be available for you. It's important for us to discuss a birth plan so we can make arrangements that align with your needs.
